In response to the COVID-19 lockdown, the FSC BioLinks team are venturing into the world of e-learning. The team want to find ways to keep teaching about the wonderful world of invertebrates, whilst at home, even if it’s tricky to replicate their usual invertebrate identification courses.

To get started they’ve decided to run some “Virtual Meet Ups” to help them keep in touch and help keep you learning!

What are Virtual Meet Ups?

These are informal online meet ups live on Zoom, which are around 1 hour long. In each meet up there is a 30 minute talk on topics such as invertebrate ecology, easy to ID species/groups, or projects/recording schemes we can all get involved with whilst at home by either the FSC Biolinks team or a guest speaker. These are interactive sessions so there’s opportunities to ask any questions you may have. There will also be a quick update on the FSC BioLinks project and future plans for other meet ups and e-learning opportunities.

Upcoming Virtual Meet Ups

These are free to attend but booking is essential.
