It is the first year of FSC’s new Youth Council and we are encouraging applications now from potential Youth Councillors.

We are looking for young people from across the UK who want to make a difference in environmental education and connect young people with the outdoors. The Council is seeking 16-25 year olds who can attend regular virtual meetings and travel to an FSC location once a year to take part in this exciting voluntary opportunity.

Dylan Byrne, Youth Engagement Officer said: “The Council will ensure young people have the option to increase their environmental knowledge, connect more with nature and explore environmental career paths and volunteering opportunities through the FSC.

It will also provide successful applicants with training and course opportunities to help their own career, personal, or academic environmental aspirations.”

Spaces are limited and applications close on 21st March 2021 so register your interest today.
