As we leave behind the stormy seas of winter and approach the buzz of springtime, it is time to look forward once again to FSC Millport’s Marine Symposium! We are happy to announce the event, now in its 4th year, will be hosted this Autumn on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae in the Firth of Clyde, across the weekend of 17th – 18th October 2020.
Building on the success of last year’s conference and coinciding with Scotland’s Year of Coasts and Waters, we hope the 2020 Symposium will be the biggest gathering yet. This is the perfect event to immerse yourself in the world of marine science. Each year there is a diverse and exciting array of topics presented on, from local wildlife research and citizen science projects to cutting-edge marine exploration and global conservation issues.
