Our exciting Birthday Parties are available at FSC Amersham, FSC Bishops Wood, FSC Epping Forest or FSC London: Beckenham Place Park
They run after school, at weekends and in school holidays (depending on availability and centre) and include a range of outdoor activities with an indoor space for your party food.
Offering a Birthday Party with a difference each location has a selection of activities to choose from:
- Activities organised by friendly and professional tutors
- Parties are two hours with half an hour dedicated to birthday cake and party food
- All tutors are trained in First Aid and all sites and activities are Risk Assessed
- All you need to prepare is the food and refreshments for the children
All Parties are £12 per child with a minimum fee of £120 (no VAT)

FSC Amersham Activities
- Barnaby Bear suitable for ages 5-7 Explore the woods with Barnaby Bear, find out about his home and build a shelter for your bear. Bring a bear.
- Pirates’ Treasure suitable for ages 5-7 Make a pirate hat and follow the clues to hunt for the pirates’ hidden treasure.
- Squeak suitable for ages 5-7 See which mammals are living in the woods. Catch mammals using humane traps, make a mouse finger puppet and play fox and mouse. April – September, Saturday mornings only.
- Shipwrecked suitable for ages 5-7 Could you survive on a desert island? Make mini shelters, hunt for supplies and collect your water before the river dries up.
- Minibeast Safari suitable for ages 5+ Explore the woodland and pond and see what bugs you can find living there.
- Woodland Adventure suitable for ages 8+ Build dens in the forest and find out if they are waterproof. Practice your stealth skills with a game of hide and seek in the woods.
- Birthday Challenge suitable for ages 8+ Tackle the swamp, find your way around the maze, have a go at water balloon volleyball and play a wide game in the woods.
- Junior Ranger suitable for ages 8+ Become a ranger and take part in conservation tasks around the site. For all budding naturalists.
FSC Bishops Wood Activities
- Wooddland Explorers suitable for ages 3-5 Have fun discovering the secrets out in the Forest. Play games, use your senses, hug a tree and pretend you’re an animal travelling through the treetops.
- Minibeast Adventures suitable for ages 5+ Grab your bug catchers and discover the bugs and beasties that are hiding in the soil, under logs, and in the trees and bushes and in our pond. You will need a keen eye to be able to spot all the weird and wonderful creatures camouflaged into their environment.
- Enchanted Woodland suitable for ages 4-7 Ever wondered how magical creatures share the forest with other plants and animals? Now is your chance to walk through our enchanted woods playing games and making homes for these mystical creatures, while exploring all the wonders the forest has to offer!
- Shipwrecked suitable for ages 5-7 Could you survive on a desert island? Make mini shelters, hunt for supplies and collect your water before the river dries up.
- Woodland Adventure suitable for ages 5+ Build dens in the forest and find out if they are waterproof. Bug hunting, crafts and games.
- Woodland Survival Skills suitable for ages 8+ Bushcraft isn’t just about lighting fires, there is much more to it. Bushcraft and survival techniques are a useful life skill and include activities such as making shelters, tracking and foraging for food and water. Build a natural shelter to protect yourself from the elements, using whatever natural materials you can find.
- Junior Ranger suitable for ages 8+ Become a ranger and take part in conservation tasks around the site. For all budding naturalists.

- Team Challenge suitable for ages 7+ Become the ultimate team by overcoming a series of obstacles and challenges. Complete all the obstacles, to succeed you will need to work with your team to solve our challenging puzzles then take on our blindfolded Nightline course.
- Lost in the Woods! suitable for ages 7+ Learn how to successfully navigate your way around secret paths and locations using a compass, you will need excellent navigation and teamwork skills to be able to follow the clues.

Please note: Whilst we do our best to deliver the agreed programme, we sometimes must change the programme due to weather or staffing issues. Most changes are insignificant and will not affect your trip. If a significant change has to be made we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
