We have tried to provide answers to all the questions you might have before you visit us, but please get in touch if there is anything we have not covered.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to prepare are the decorations, the food, cutlery/crockery (including a cake knife as we do not keep one on site) and refreshments for the children. Please bear in mind that the room you will be using is a classroom; you are welcome to rearrange the tables and chairs, but please do leave the room in the same way it was found.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the forecast does not hold true, we can do some activities in the room or under a more covered area. In special circumstances (i.e. a weather warning), we will get in touch with you to discuss options.
What should the children wear?
Weather-appropriate clothing.
Is there a kitchen on site?
There is access to hot water via thermos, but there are no microwave/fridge facilities.
Can we have music in the party room?
Music speakers at room volume are allowed.
How early can I arrive to set up?
You can arrive 30 minutes before your designated party start time.
Are the tutors trained in first aid?
Yes, all of our tutors are trained in outdoor paediatric first aid.
How long are the parties?
Our parties are 2 ½ hours long with 30 minutes dedicated to food and cake.
Will the party be split into groups?
The party group will be split into smaller groups when completing the party activities. This is mainly due to ratios – we suggest one supervising parent per group.

Where can I park?
Beckenham Place Park – There is public, ‘pay as you go’ parking.
Amersham – Car parking facilities available, please ensure you are using the centre car parks and not public parking.
Epping – Car parking facilities available, please ensure you are using the centre car parks and not public parking.
Bishopswood – Parking available at centre.
Do you provide catering?
Epping – We would recommend bringing your own food, however there is a pub, pub café and seafood restaurant nearby.
Amersham – Recommend preparing own food.
Beckenham Place Park – We would recommend bringing your own food, however there is a café (Homestead Café), located nearby.
Bishopswood – Recommend preparing own food.
