The Blencathra Centre works with following organisations:

Lake District National Park Authority

As frequent users of the Lake District National Park we are very aware of our potential impact and make efforts to use the park sustainably and with limited impact.
In addition to this we deliver the John Muir Award which is supported by the Lake District National Park.

"The John Muir Award is an environmental award scheme focused on wild places. It encourages awareness and responsibility for the natural environment, in a spirit of fun, adventure and exploration."
