We know it is a difficult time to ask students and parents to pay for trips. We are trying to help with:
- Come to us when it’s quieter. Our seasonal pricing is set in 3 bands:
– Off Peak from November to February
– Standard from September to October and March-May
– Peak from June to July - If you have a small A Level cohort we have Small Groups Courses with no minimum numbers.
- Flexible course programmes and options. We can provide 1 and 2 night courses if you cannot afford a longer trip. We can advise you eg the best options to reduce travelling time.
- We work with local coach providers who might be able to provider a cheaper quote to travel from your site to us.
- Reduce in-course transport with on-site course options. It isn’t always possible but we may be able to find on-site options rather than travelling to fieldwork sites. It also leaves more time for learning (and some fun).
- Don’t buy equipment or clothing for your trip. We provide bed linen, wellies and waterproofs. Students just need to bring a towel.
