Due to Covid-19 we have had to cancel course, we hope you will find an event later in the year that you can attend.

A week spent exploring many of the hidden gems of Northern Snowdonia, Pen Llyn and Anglesey. We will follow in the footsteps of Darwin at Cwm Idwal, visit the ancient hill forts above the Conwy Valley and on Pen Llyn which once tried to halt the advance of the Roman Empire, and travel through the legacy of the Victorian slate industry, which were once the biggest quarries in the world. Every day will have some walking, often in steep rocky terrain, a visit to another site of interest and hopefully a chance to visit a tea room!

The Five Ways to Wellbeing is a set of evidence-based public mental health messages aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of the whole population. They were developed by NEF (the New Economics Foundation). The Five Ways to Wellbeing have been used across the UK since their launch in 2008. This provides a common language for FSC to communicate our contribution to Wellbeing.
