Follow in the footsteps of Alfred Wainwright and conquer the Lake District hills! Based at the award winning Blencathra Centre we will explore one of the UK’s most iconic landscapes, with accessible walks which are fun for the whole family. Learn the skills of navigation and discover the hidden natural history of the fells (and sample its varied tea shops!).

We will be focused on accessible hills rather than the highest Lake District peaks. The precise details will depends on the weather and aspirations of the group. You need to be comfortable walking for a few hours at a time on rough ground.

Please note: You will be sharing a room with just you and your family.
