Families

When you book online you will be asked to make a deposit or full payment and will then receive confirmation of your payment, and confirmation of your booking. If you book onto a residential course at one of our Centres you will be asked to supply any relevant dietary information before your course.

We will send a final payment request if an amount is due and final course information shortly before your course.

Education Group Bookings

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group such as a school, university, membership organisation or sports association please contact us directly to go through your accommodation and teaching requirements.

Staff in our Customer Service Team and at our Centres will help you throughout your booking, from enquiry to departure.

Provisional bookings
When we have confirmed suitable dates and venue with you, we will reserve the space for 28 days and send a confirmation with a booking form, and deposit request. You may also receive a Group Agency Agreement if we don’t already have one in place.

Confirmed bookings
To confirm your booking please return your completed Booking Agreement Form and Booking Deposit within 28 days.

Your booking deposit is not refundable but may be transferred if we can agree alternative dates and have enough notice to fill your space.

Interim deposit
An interim payment for each participant is due 6 months before your residential trip. This isn’t requested on day courses or courses for individuals.

Final balance
We will ask group customers for your final numbers around 14 weeks before the course starts as the final balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. Our education teams normally contact residential customers around 6 weeks before arrival to finalise the course programme.

 

Exclusive Use Centre Hire

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group to book exclusive use at one of our Centres please contact us directly to go through your accommodation requirements.

Staff in our Customer Service Team and at our Centres will help you throughout your booking, from enquiry to departure.

We will send a copy of our Exclusive Use Booking Conditions providing information about the expectations at our Centres. Please make sure that you and your participants are familiar with us to avoid issues when staying with us.

Confirmed bookings
To confirm your booking please return your completed Booking Agreement Form and Booking Deposit within 28 days. We will also request a Security Deposit against damages before your trip which will be returned after departure.

Your booking deposit is not refundable but may be transferred if we can agree alternative dates and have enough notice to fill your space.

Interim deposit
An interim payment  is due 6 months before your stay with us.

Final balance
We will send a final invoice to you around 12 weeks before your stay as the final balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
