When you book online you will be asked to make a deposit or full payment and will then receive confirmation of your payment, and confirmation of your booking. If you book onto a residential course at one of our Centres you will be asked to supply any relevant dietary information before your course.

Bookings for groups

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group such as a school, university, membership organisation or sports association please contact us directly to go through your accommodation and teaching requirements.

FSC Staff in our Customer Service Team and at FSC Centres will help you throughout your booking, from enquiry to departure.

We are open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. 

Provisional bookings

When we have confirmed suitable dates and venue with you, we will reserve the space for 28 days and send a confirmation with a booking form, and deposit request. You may also receive a Group Agency Agreement if we don’t already have one in place. 

Confirmed bookings

To confirm your booking please return the following within 28 days: 

  • Your completed Booking Form. 
  • Booking deposit. 

Your booking deposit is not refundable but may be transferred if we can agree alternative dates and have enough notice to fill your space. 

  • Your signed Group Agency Agreement. 

If you are booking on behalf of individuals such as a school, membership organisation or university you may be asked to enter into this agreement. This only needs to be done once per organisation and may already have been signed on your behalf. If your organisation needs to sign it we will let you know.

Interim deposit 

An interim payment for each student is due 6 months before your residential trip. This isn’t requested on day courses or courses for individuals. 

Final balance 

We will ask group customers for your final numbers around 12 weeks before the course starts as the final balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. Our education teams normally contact residential customers around 6 weeks before arrival to finalise the course programme.  

If you are booked onto a course for individuals we will send final course information shortly before your course.
