Although nature connection, wellbeing and personal development are all key outcomes of high-quality outdoor learning, it can often be easier for teachers to “justify” getting outside if the sessions can be mapped to curriculum.  The opportunities for teachers to bring science and geography learning to life with outdoor experience is obvious, but promoting numeracy and literacy can also be the focus of your sessions or just an added benefit.  In this section we share a plethora of ideas and activities for you to try at school.
