Explore beautiful UK landscapes on one of our walking experiences.

The best way to explore the natural world and the outdoors is by walking. Join us on our nature walks exploring the highest peaks, to the valleys below.

Immersing yourself in the fresh open air can not only have wonderful effects on your health, but can also be so good for your mental health and well-being.

Experiencing the great outdoors first-hand can be such a wonderful experience. We are lucky in the UK to have so many picturesque landscapes and accessible walking routes. From public footpaths to waymarked walkways. There’s even the opportunity for some mountain navigation off the beaten track, there’s something for all abilities.

The NHS recommends that a brisk 10-minute walk each day can bring about so many health benefits. From burning excess calories, building stamina to making your heart healthier and happier.
Nature walks in groups can also encourage better communication and the chance to switch off. Walking and talking can be such a therapeutic experience by making discussions less confrontational, less overwhelming and more natural.

To cope with the last few years of challenges, more than 21 million adults went for a walk. It’s easy to understand why. Research funded by the Economic and Social Research Council has showed that walking regularly in “green” environments leads to better sleep. It can also lead to significantly lowering levels of blood pressure and perceived stress.
